Club Volunteers make all the difference! Our Clubs rely on the time, talent, and expertise of our Club Volunteers to deliver our high-quality and award-winning programs. Every year more than 1,200 volunteers serve in our 31 clubs located across Maricopa, Pinal, Yuma, and Mohave counties, and we welcome your help!
The Steps to Becoming a BGCAZ Club Volunteer:
The first step to becoming a BGCAZ Club Volunteer is submitting the online volunteer application through our MyClubHub volunteer portal.
Once the application is received and approved, Volunteer Service will reach out to you and provide the links needed to complete these three actions:

Completing a volunteer interview. Volunteer Services assists with the scheduling process once the volunteer application is approved.

Passing BGCAZ's required background check - there is no cost to volunteers for this online process.

Completing an online volunteer orientation.
Individuals completing the above steps will receive an email confirming their status as an active BGCAZ Club Volunteer and information on how to sign up for volunteer opportunities.
Note that each step needs to be completed before volunteering in a Club.
