MyClubHub is our new parent portal. It replaces Kidtrax and makes it easier to manage registrations, memberships, and payments — all in one place. It’s more user-friendly and works better on mobile devices.

MyClubHub launches on February 2.
Automatic payments will run on the first business day of each month.

Parents will receive an email with login instructions once the system is live.

KidTrax users should have received an email with step-by-step instructions on how to log in and review their information. Please use the same email address you used in Kidtrax.

All fees and payments are due at the time of enrollment and must be paid prior to a child’s attendance at the Club. Payments can be made via credit or debit card, cash or check.

Payments made by cash or check can be done at your Club office. Credit and debit card payments must be done through MyClubHub.

Automatic payments will run on the first business day of each month, and parents can manage or cancel auto-pay at any time.

Summer Program fees are due on a weekly basis. Payments for Summer programming are due the Friday before the week they are attending.

An annual membership is required to participate in Club programs.

During the school year, memberships will automatically continue each month unless you choose to cancel. This helps avoid gaps in enrollment and keeps your child active in programs without needing to re-register each month.

Summer sessions require a separate registration from the school year. Families will sign up only for the weeks they want to attend. You’ll be able to select specific weeks through MyClubHub when summer registration opens.
