Triple Play is an excellent program for your child to attend. It offers a variety of activities to promote physical activity, which is essential for children’s development. It also encourages an appreciation and understanding of the importance of healthy living and proper nutrition. Furthermore, it helps your child develop their physical abilities and build self-confidence. It is a great way to give your child the opportunity to have fun while learning important life skills.

The “Body” component of Triple Play promotes becoming more physically active through a variety of games, cooperative activities, and sports that develop a young person’s ability, confidence and motivation to be physically fit.
