Every day at BGCAZ, you can positively impact the lives of hundreds of youth
Each school day, hundreds of youth and teens walk through the Blue Doors into the care of our Youth Development Professionals. Our trained, caring staff keep our members safe after school, provide proven enrichment programs, and help youth discover their potential.
Youth Development Professionals are trained to create the highest quality Club experience for our members and they get to enjoy many of the special programs our members participate in.

Culture Club Awards
Boys & Girls Clubs of the Valley honors our employees who live our organizational values.
Through our Culture Club program, employees (both full-time and part-time) can recognize the works of their co-workers and nominate them for a values award.
Nomination cards are available in each Club and at the Program Services office. They can be completed and submitted, or you can send an email using the link below to nominate a co-worker for consideration.
The Culture Club meets regularly to review these nominations and awards are given monthly, quarterly, and annually based on these stories. Each story should be no longer than 150 words. The nomination should include their name, Club, date, the BGCAZ value demonstrated, and your 150-word nomination.
